  1. https://macedonianlanguage.org/Learn.aspx (this is one of the best sites for resources and articles to learn from, varying from a beginner’s level and up. There are tests as well that you can do after finishing a lesson) —beginner-friendly A1-C1
  2. Duolingo courses — beginner-friendly A1-A2
  3. https://www.lingohut.com/en/l123/learn-macedonian (this one has 100+ lessons, beginner-friendly as well) A1-B2

http://www.learn-mk.com/?m=1 (another useful site for e-learning that covers the basics as well as useful expressions and everyday sayings) A1-A2

Paid options

  1. https://www.lingq.com/en/accounts/login/?next=/en/learn/mk/web/library (they offer learning materials as well but I believe you have to pay and/or have an account) not sure about the proficiency levels

Apps and other platforms 

  1. Memrise and Anko are mobile apps that you can use on the go as well. They offer repetitive learning methods and are fun to do.
  2. If you want to immerse more into the language, use Italki and Tandem. Both platforms allow you to speak with natives, though it may be a little hard to find genuine Macedonian speakers.

Ebooks, online literature 

  1. Some books you can download that’ll help you further are Colloquial Macedonian” by Kosta K. Stojanovic (a popular and comprehensive textbook, ideal for beginners to intermediate learners. It covers essential grammar and vocabulary with exercises) and “Macedonian: A Course for Beginners” by Christina E. Kramer and Lence Kocovska (this is another great book for learners who want to start speaking the language).
  2. http://www.makedonika.mk/ (this is a native site where you can register and read books for free from Macedonian authors to broaden your vocabulary and improve your knowledge) Advanced 
  3. http://drmj.manu.edu.mk/en/ (this site offers digital books covering the learning process, the history of the language, grammar, comparative studies and materials, etc.)

https://www.liveworksheets.com/worksheets/language/mk (this is for advanced students. Offers ebook versions of books used in school that cover the language. The books are in Macedonian, but you have to filter for it to only show Macedonian. If not, it will show you books about mathematics, history, science, and so on. These are official books that are used in schools) intermediate to advanced
